* 'Macromedia Projector has stopped working.' This "error" happens when something else is running in Windows and deprives our software of resources and forces Windows to make our software quit unexpectedly. Try, 1. Right click on 'This PC' or 'My Computer.' then, 2. Select 'properties.' 3. Click on 'Advanced system settings->Performance settings.' and 4. Go to 'Data execution prevention' tab and turn 'on' DEP for 'essential Windows programs and services only.'Other possible solutions are located here.




* This "error" happens when you close the software correctly and for some reason Windows thinks the software has quit unexpectedly. The solution is to press "This program ran correctly" and it should not happen again.



* "Required files are missing." This "error" happens when you cancel the software before it has completed or you move the app away from the other files that were installed with it. The solution is to delete the installed files at the root of your 'C:' drive install again.

* Most MacOS errors occur because Apple introduces errors during the update process. To verify which MacOS your computer is running, select the Apple menu (located in the red square in the graphic below), then click, "About This Mac" (in pink) and the background box will appear and the yellow box should contain what you are looking for. If it contains anything older than 10.12.6 (but newer than 10.10) press the button in the green box on the graphic below.
